Forklift Safety Training

OSHA requires employers to ensure that each forklift operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of forklift safety training and evaluation.

EOI provides forklift safety training & evaluation at your location for your employees. The forklift safety training & evaluation has two segments, classroom instruction & hands-on performance evaluation.

The classroom portion covers the following topics:

Regulatory Overview
Forklift Classifications
Engineering Principles
Operator Responsibilities
Maintenance/Inspections
Safe Operating Rules
Written Exam

Then each student goes though "hands-on" forklift training & performance evaluation. Each person receives a certificate that is valid for your location. The site-specific training rule requires EOI to teach the forklift safety training & evaluation at your location & on your equipment.
